Samuel M. Katz lectures law enforcement agencies around the country—and the world—on counterterrorism policy and strategies, as well as on the history of Palestinian and Islamic fundamentalist terrorism. He has taught for USSOCOM, the Department of Justice, the Department of Homeland Security, NATO, and various state Homeland Security departments.
